If the latest version of the HRRR is to be believed, we might see this precip shield really fill in around 3 pm to 4 pm. Would be nice to just get a soaking rain for a few hours and end this drought.

Looks like northern Carroll and Baltimore counties are going to jackpot. Seems like the southeast wind keeps reinvigorating precip off Parrs Ridge.

We finally get something up the bay and it's a naked swirl halficane.

NAMs appear to have less than 2" west of I-95. The thing just spins itself out over North Carolina and Virginia.

lol GFS is bone dry. Even shows the Frederick rain shadow with a minimum of barely 0.5" QPF. If this were winter people would be having an absolute meltdown.
