So the models are all over the place. kind of reminds me of a snow storm. Only difference is I'm rooting for the lowest number. unfortunately the opposite usually happens.
I mean how accurate are models this far out to the point where 50 miles could be the difference between 1inch and 6inches. We've seen this before in winter.
We will pass on 6 inches of rain. Our city and neighborhoods can barely handle 2 inches of rain. If this was snow the second outcome of .7 would definitely be the winner for KPITT.
lmao if this was snow we would be pulling our hair right now. We would be mentioning that these always shift north. Well unfortunately 5 inches of rain doesn't sound enjoyable to me.
Seems like we are in the crosshairs of the remnants. Anywhere between 2-6 inches in a 24 hour span. This could get ugly if the higher amounts pan out. Looks like it's gonna stay further south but something to watch.
Fred's starting to pivot too now. Hopefully we get this guy out earlier than forecasted.
One other thing I saw is there is another hurricane, Henri who looks like it may make a run at the New England.
Somebody needs to do a study of route 8 right around 228. It has literally stormed there 5 times this year every Wednesday. Meanwhile back home nothing. Our golf league keeps getting rained out.
