1/6/25 - 3” (the opposite of the magical event for the beltways here in Monkton - ten hours of snow to get three whole inches. Whee.)
1/11/25 2"(snow on snow)(snow started just after midnight and ended up almost as much as Monday's disappointment - this one was way more fun to wake up to)

1/19/25 - 2" (another winter storm warning bust - couldn't hold good banding or snow growth other than for about one hour) (still running on six years since a verified warning event for areas I have lived (north baltimore city and then monkton starting in 2022)
Season total - 7.6"
as always, whichever model goes sideways before the event starts showing a looming bust, just go with that one. Changes from storm to storm as to which will call the bust correctly, but one always does.
Closing in on 2 inches, I refuse to look at radar during these events so I can pretend it will go on like this forever...but we will need it a few more hours in any event to get to 4". Probably gonna miss verifying warning level again for Monkton area but it is really pretty.
Just hit an inch, but considering I was at .2 around 2:45 - I am at an inch an hour rates at the moment. If I can hold this for a few hours could still make four inches maybe. Gorgeous here now. Been waiting a long time for this.
This obs could be forever pinned for me, lol.
I am moving to Hunt Valley on or about March 1, maybe being 14 miles south of you as opposed to 7 will remove my apparent curse from upon your lands...
Just walked in the falling snow w/ the pups. Pretty out.
Just .2" so far but accumulating on road surfaces now. Will be happy to get a few inches if we can manage that before the artic push this week.
Flipped to snow/white rain about 10:50 am here in Monkton. Took an hour to move from drizzle/rain to snow. Now to see when it gets cold enough to accumulate.
