lol...you live a piss length from NH, most of SNE is south and west of you..it’s over for most of us except a few up high or way north in SNE. And I say this because this season can’t hold on to anything of significance since Dec 2nd. It’s a lousy season for most of us. Doesn’t look to change anytime soon either.

Lol..this is over for SNE. But I appreciated your enthusiasm the last couple days, but this was always a very delicate situation. And it’s over now for us. This winter is heading to Rat city it looks! Next! If there is a next? 11-12 knocking on the door.

Not trying to be a downer, but It’s About the time for this to go to hell now...just like every other situation this season. Sucked us in a tad yesterday with a little hope, now it’s time to go the other way. Same old situation. Then maybe on Thursday there will be the blip run or two showing some hope to get us back on the train for a bit...but in the end it’ll be a non event/rain for most south of the pike. Seen this movie to many times before..especially this season.

Yup.....can't get anything to stay together and congeal this season. It (the season) is starting to show it's true colors now. This will most likely be another flop for most. Too much to have to go right in a year that can't seem to make "a Thing" go right.

I agree with you completely. Those zone/P&C are total crap. I never look at that computer generated BS. AFD is the way to go if you're looking at NWS info.

lol! But Maue is saying it's beating the American models. I don't believe any of those stats anyway....they're all skewed imo to try and prove each ones point. This model is better at this; this model is better at that etc etc....???? Twist it anyway you want is the name of the game with that stuff it seems.

Here's the crazy part.....we were all psyched when a few days ago it(EPS) showed the great pattern in the 8-11. Now a few days later it's showing us a not so good pattern all of a sudden, so it could just as easily be wrong with the bad look, as it was (potentially)wrong with the great look. I mean these long range progs have been atrocious lately. I have very little faith in them this season whether they show a good look or a bad one.

Decent map. But who cares about the May 1st thread when it's Jan 16th. Hopefully we can get the winter going in a decent direction next week. There's plenty of time for spring when spring gets here.

Lmao.... I think everybody gets a couple inches for sure. This was always a rather tenuous set up. Scott and Will said this could easily be a non event or slop back on Saturday. Maybe we score some time next week, when the pattern supposedly improves?? Or maybe not? It's a crap shoot this year for sure.

Ya that's a cool place. Lots of nice little lodges and hotels to stay at up there. Long Lake Motor Inn in St. Agatha is Excellent. Martins Motel in Madawaska is also a nice little place. And They're all ride right out of the parking lot/trail comes right to the place up there.

Lol there’s nothing coming up/budding here inland. Good for you folks down by the water with your forsythia and dogwoods blooming in early to mid January. Maybe full leaf out by early Feb for you guys this year...???

If you were to answer this a day or two ago, the answer would be flip like 07 or better. But lots of quirky posts in here today talking about torch's again next week, when just yesterday and the day before it was Weenieish beautiful runs on the Long range.

Let's hope theres something better next week for the area and beyond..? This one Saturday was never really supposed to be all that great being the pattern is just starting to change. Hopefully we get some more chances when the pattern is better established later next week? Who knows though?
