  1. Yup lol...Oh ya we did well from it. But it could have really been memorable if it was closer to us. Let's hope we can make up some ground going forward.
  2. Ya that thing was still way out at sea...that could have really been historic if it wasn't so far away having us on the western fringe so to speak....but it certainly beats where we are now; but better times ahead.
  3. I think you were thinking you'd get more than that there(4-6").....no???
  4. lol...the Minster is hitting the wine again early.
  5. lol You are correct, but what he was saying has implications for the whole area of New England in general region wide. Ofcourse we're all at the mercy of nuances that can't be predicted with any accuracy this far out, but as the old saying goes...we'll have our chances if it plays out the way he thinks.
  6. lol what he's alluding to will benefit all of SNE, not just Hampton Beach.
  7. Oh ok...but Bob was 91 I believe...??
  8. Yup...was thinking the same thing. Good news for them up there.
  9. Far N. Maine looking ok though...mostly Snow from P.I. North it looks.
  10. Very True, but then again...we never really do. We didn't know Feb 15 was waiting for us/you either. No one would have thought that was waiting for us. Or Feb/March of 13? Or March of 18 for that matter. I guess that's part of the fun when you really think about it. If we knew the end result, it'd take a lot of the fun out of it. Maybe more of the same is waiting for us..very well could be??? It's happened before, maybe it'll happen again this time with another Ratter for us?? Hoping not.
  11. I hear ya...we just have to get through this dud period I guess.
  12. A lot of hyperbole in here this morning. As if 60's never happens in SNE/CNE in January?? As the records show it happens more than we think. Even in 2013 it got nice and toasty for a day or two(upper 50's/low 60's) at the end of January right before we snapped back into winter and then the Big-on came in. Yesterday we had Will talking about how good the 11-15 was looking(PNA ridging and all that good stuff); this morning it's back to the Panic Chamber. Guess we'll have to wait until 12z to lift everybody's spirits again.
  13. Yes same here...at least it’s snowing...a little anyways.
  14. Yup. A Dusting would be a win for the inland peeps.
  15. I guess Jimmy has gotten over the tornado scare...he’s back to exploding lows and Rapid Intensification of everything In sight. The real Jimmy is back from his subdued hiatus.
  16. Ya that's all BS most of the time in my opinion. That's a pretty pathetic situation especially for SNE since its only Jan 7th currently. And Not too many seasonal guys did all to well last year either with their calls. And that goes the same way when some of these people are saying a very good pattern/stretch is in the offing as well. Take with a grain of salt on both sides of the coin.
  17. Hopefully we can turn the corner on this Crap pattern as you're alluding to.
  18. That says valid 06z sunday....so isn't that 1 am Sunday morning??
  19. The crazy part is this is still evolving/changing with each run...how is it this year/season pretty much every system has done this right up to go? I don’t ever remember the modeling being so volatile with every system as much as it is lately?
  20. Every storm this Early season so far has been crazy...last minute shifts good and bad...so I guess this all fits in.
  21. You don’t know that for sure? That depiction isn’t 100% fact. So that’s my point exactly... How much influence/or your word “prominence” will the streak exert in reality? That seems to be changing across guidance all day today.
  22. I have to say that I agree with that idea. We’ve seen this before, and that silly jump East just seems implausible.
  23. Didn’t say go away...But exert less force on our system due to better spacing like NAM is showing when we finally get to go time. That seems to be happening tick by tick.
  24. I asked but nobody is answering? So I’ll ask you directly: these are model runs/not the exact future; do you really think that shit streak is gonna have that much influence on this in the end/at go time? The spacing was better on the NAM. If the spacing increases incrementally again on the next run, that may be all we need for this to blossom up toward SNE. And ultimately be closer and not kick East like that?
