  1. these maps and forecasts from okx and box are all over the place. if you didnt know any better or just like the general public you could get anything from 4-6", 4-7", 5-9" 8-12" for the same location! whether you click on the watch, the pc, the zone, or the 2 different maps they have. they gotta fix their messaging, its crazy. And the watch for NYC/LI for 2-4 doesnt make sense
  2. still a 60-70" season for us...you wouldnt take that?
  3. Party like it's 2015. Ensemble means on the EPS/GEFS/GGEM are the highest ive ever seen, pretty wild.
  4. https://www.jdjweatherconsulting.com/1978
  5. i know the time technically includes today, at least for eastern areas but i dont think there is an overlap on this map. they waited till this event was basically over to post this so im thinking its just Sat-sun
  6. Snowfall totals so far, limited reports so Ill do a proper update either late today or tomorrow when cocorahs comes out and more reports come in.
  7. send me your totals if you have them for CT and SNE. OKX isnt putting out anything or updating the interactive map so i dont have much to go on.
  8. Ensembles have been hitting Tuesday and Thursday
  9. jackpot maybe, havent seen anything over 2" so far in CT
  10. It was very last minute, the NAMs were all over the place then last night pulled the rug mostly and the HRRR dried out quite a bit and decreased the front end thump. The weird showery look on the pcp shield always gave me pause and bad snow growth (though it looked better for a time yesterday on some runs) and warmer air surging in fast typically with these events.
  11. Yeah, i put the date on the maps when they are up to. These are very time consuming and i also do one for CT and SNE. Which take about 2-3 hours each to do, so ill probably do another update this month mid-month, then in march, then season finale
  12. GFS tickling north it seems, gonna be a pretty big hit for most this run
  13. Icon ticked north actually, for whatever thats worth RGEM also looks good
  14. huh? are you saying thats your call for Saturday night/sunday storm? seems a little ridiculous and debb, just bc this one busted for you
  15. OKX not reporting yet but yeah 3/4" to 1.5" is the average so far..
  16. So no 2-4? Was always cautious with this one, seems even 1-3 was a bit too high. Looking at the reports coming in so far it seems most are in the 0.7-1.5" range.
