  1. I swear if warning snows stops to my south, I’m done for the winter.
  2. Looks like a messy afternoon for us
  3. Sunny and warm Saturday for you lol
  4. Maybe it’s overall less precip? I read through the 4am forecast discussion and they don’t really mention anything out of the ordinary to why they think it will be less impactful further south. Colder temps, same warm nose… it’s weird for sure.
  5. NAM is definitely more spotty in nature until later in the day, but even then it’s not all that widespread. Only thing I can think is they are leaning more on the mesos vs global
  6. Advisories up for north and west crew
  7. That was gross. Don’t post that again
  8. Yep. I only noticed it when I went to check the ice forecast map and saw the text posted for the watches
  9. There’s a winter storm watch for Garrett and Allegany in MD. Some in PA too per CTP
  10. Yeah it’s weird. Temps won’t get above freezing up our way until Sunday
  11. ^not something any of us want lol
  12. lot of precip types in my forecast, plain rain isn't mentioned until saturday overnight Saturday A slight chance of snow before 1pm, then snow, freezing rain, and sleet between 1pm and 4pm, then freezing rain and sleet after 4pm. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Saturday Night Freezing rain, possibly mixed with sleet before 10pm, then rain or freezing rain between 10pm and 1am, then a chance of rain after 1am. Low around 27. Southeast wind 5 to 11 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New ice accumulation of 0.1 to 0.2 of an inch possible. New sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
  13. Is it September yet? lol
  14. HR111 on 06z Euro is sweet. Heavy blues.
  15. Definitely colder going into it compared to yesterday. HoCo holds the column until about 3-4pm before the warm nose kicks in.
  16. That's a bit surprising. Figured #8 had it. My boy The Kid with offensive rookie of the year though
  17. Not sure how much of this snow output is actually snow, but could be a nice burst of it for someone before the flip to sleet
  18. Geez, Randy makes a thread and it all goes to shit. Oh well.
  19. Been foggy here since 5. Dense fog advisory was issued a couple hours ago
  20. .2qpf, temp rising from 30-33 from start to finish, for central HoCo, per soundings.
  21. Was there yesterday too. It’s glorious. Fun week coming up.
