I pulled up a sounding for Laurel, I think that’s close to you? Anyway, temp below freezing at 2pm with sleet, freezing rain at 6pm

PWS stations up here all with less than .1 of precip, lot of ice buildup on gauges I imagine

It’s not great but could be worse. Precip was falling pretty heavily when I woke up at 530, so most was just running off. But I got down to 28 around 3am so when rates are lighter, it’s freezing to everything.

My temp is going the wrong way, down to 29° Carroll and Harford schools just closed. BCPS will probably follow suit
