  1. Eyeballing 1” in Chester; pleasant to wake up to with everything caked in white again.
  2. 23 here now, was 17 when I left the house this morning. Seems cold out this way…
  3. Lots of ice in that section of the river when I drove past before. In other areas it looks like a slushy machine.
  4. The Delaware River is largely covered in ice from just south of Trenton north on Route 29, ice jams might form in areas. Awesome to see. Makes me wonder what it must have been like when Washington crossed.
  5. Seasons in seasons as DIT claims. I have no problem with the cold, and wouldn’t mind seeing records. I was simply noting it’s brutal, and I’m about to attend a site inspection this morning that’ll take at least 3 hours standing outdoors. Time to bundle up.
  6. 17 here; with the wind this feels like one of the colder nights of the winter. Just in from taking the dog out and it’s brutal.
  7. Very light in Chester; was nice to see the earlier burst of snow. Looks wintry outside, so a small win at this point.
  8. Legit moderate snow. Salt truck just passed the house.
  9. Light, borderline moderate snow now. Dusting achieved.
  10. Initial call: 2-3’ at and near MMU; can always adjust upward…
  11. I usually use 78 as the divider between North/Central Jersey, but I grew up in northeast Morris, now live in southwest Morris, so I am biased.
  12. Real close to a nice little event. 2-3” and adjust upward; MMU south.
  13. A 996 headed for the benchmark? Wasn’t this snowing in Georgia last night?
  14. The Icon depiction would argue for a decent storm; Miller B with a decent coastal starting up.
  15. Step back from the ledges; these are going to flop like fish out of water for a while; nothing is certain in any direction Be happy the players are on the field and enjoy the hunt.
  16. 45 now; finished 44/34 for splits yesterday.
  17. 28 degrees here; snow still on tree limbs. Deep winter look for Christmas. Enjoy all!
  18. Has Chester at -1; I saw 1 by me. However that spot does sit at 800’ I think; my homestead at 725’.
  19. 1 now; though I do see a few sub zeros in the area. My brother who lives in Franklin Twp. (Ogdensurg) got down to -4.
  20. 3 currently. Nearest sub-zero is north on 206, near Newton.
