  1. Same. I got good snow for about 45 minutes to an hour, and then another 30-45 of steady snow. If I hadn’t, it would have been a dusting on the grass. Instead, I ended up around 3 inches and all surfaces covered, at least for a time, before the pavement melt began.
  2. Was coming here to post that you really nailed that. Wild to see that band sit and just absolutely dump. Could have been in the 10-14 inches band, but then again, had that band parked somewhere over us, it was so thin that there would have been a lot of devastated fellow forumers. I guess we all learned something from that setup for the future, however. Ended up with about 3 inches here just eyeballing. Perhaps some compaction but not enough snow for it to matter. I, like you, woke up to a melted driveway lol. WTF. I am so depressed with what’s going on with our climo for snow.
  3. Street caved. Dumping good here. Just need three more hours of this lol.
  4. Down to 33 and snow picking back up. Sidewalks and driveway caving. Street trying to cave in spots.
  5. Even that great band up by Harrisburg has dissipated and it looks like they are basically done. I think I’m out in the future on these real short duration events. Just expect a couple inches and be surprised if you get more. Just too dependent on really heavy rates to do any better.
  6. Yeah I was planning staying up really late and taking a nice walk when it started to dump but debating calling it a night.
  7. Back to light snow. Down to 34. I can’t believe I can’t get colder than that. So frustrating but this winter seems to be confirming things, sadly. Where is the thunder snow and heavy rates? This seems like it is almost over before it even started. Back edge is already on the doorstep. Guessing I’ll get two inches on the grass lol.
  8. Snowing nicely here now and sticking to the grass. Temp is stubborn at 35 though. Thats a thin but awesome band up in PA.
  9. Nervous the southern band is setting up just north of 70.
  10. So RAP and HRRR bust way too high last storm and now they are gonna nail this one with very little. Go figure.
  11. Well that’s not great. This is wild how significantly these totals are being cut. Some areas nearly chopped in half from previous run.
  12. Yeah, that's kinda odd. It's a bigger difference toward DC but Baltimore and north the map is almost the same. And it looks like they were issued at the same time.
  13. Wow, they are all in. Love that I'm sitting in the 5-8. Might be my biggest storm of the season.
  14. Just get that thing a little farther south and east and a tiny bit more cold air and maybe we try for a HECS.
  15. Where is the cold air? Also, is that one or the one after we are tracking?
  16. A few mets on here suggested something from 12:1 to 15:1.
