    That was so me too! My family thought I was weird and certainly thought I'd be an on TV weather personality when I grew up. Lol Just loved watching the winter weather as a kid and still do!     Both reporting weather stations near me are now showing 27° and 29°respectively and both show freezing rain currently. Near 640 / 40 interchange in Knoxville. I would call it a light freezing drizzle. It briefly spiked to 35° earlier today on both then dropped back off to current temps. Sent from my SM-S938U using Tapatalk

    Been a while since I have posted. Just trying to get a handle on all of this inbound weather. My wife and I have to be to work in the morning at 4am in Alcoa to pick up deliverys to take to Sevier County, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and then Morristown area tomorrow morning. About what time is this all supposed to start tomorrow? Trying to be sure if it safe enough to time it to make it to all of those places and back in time or re-schedule.     Hello Everyone and Merry Christmas! Thought I would ring in here. I live in Powell, now... north side, up on top of one of those ridges, which I have come to call "Windy Ridge" because if there is wind anywhere in the area, it is certain to blow up here and sometimes very hard... my lawn furniture can attest many times, lol... anyway finally got that new weather monitoring station installed and oddly enough, as of right right now at least, I have not any winds over 7 mph yet today... figuring that will pick up sometime soon... my elevation here sits at 1,273 feet... so, should be an interesting next 24 hours... I will chime in later with MBY obs...also it has been misting rain here for about an hour this evening and currently 44 degrees... stay safe and warm everyone! Sent from my SM-S908U1 using Tapatalk
