I guess Santa's going to have a little extra in his cookies (brownies?  gummies?) at your place when he stops by tonight!!

He's going to run into more then just stockings hanging lol. Jolly old Saint Nicholas will be extra jolly once he eats my cookies. Merry Christmas everyone. We'll get our snow. For now let's just enjoy the holiday.

  2. Today is harvest day for my Christmas cannabis crop. I nailed the timing from back in late Aug when I started them. I wanted a Christmas harvest. The weather made this greenhouse grow pretty easy. No extreme cold. I hardly had to use the propane heat. This next round might be more challenging since it will be deep winter. Challenging is fun, so it should be interesting.

I also predict we will learn for the 20th straight year that Ji is only concerned about the blues on an op run and that he only wants a HECS as everything else is a waste of time and that once the snow starts falling he's no longer interested and on to the next storm.  As predictable as the sunrise and sunset.

Personally I like the real JI the best. Let's face it. Most of the time when he's trashing LR we're all thinking what he's saying lol. Positive JI creeps me out lol

and, yea, plus 1 to cape for airing out the room from Ji’s farts overnight.

I was so confused. "Worst runs of the season" then this morning it's all rainbows and buttercup. Anyway.. off to have a coffee and a joint. It's a beautiful day to be outside. Thanks CAPE for the updates. Always appreciated

  5. I notice people calling this a hobby. I think for many of us it's not a hobby. We all have hobbies. I enjoy hiking, gardening, exploring old barns, ect. This obsession with weather is something I was born with and developed at a very very young age. It's just part of who I am. It's not something I could quit. I could quit looking at forecast models, but I'd never quit starring at the sky and wondering what interesting weather event is around the bend. I remember sneaking out at 2 am to look out the window at the snow. I remember riding my bike to the end of my street to see off to the west if any storms were developing with hopes of getting a thunderstorm. We didn't have radar. You'd have to catch the locals on the eights to get a glimpse of radar. In a way.. those days were great.

Just like last week, another underperformer out here.  Forecasted 2 - 3 got me 1.31".  I forgot how much I disliked these coastal systems where we get 1/2 the precip of the rest of you.

Oh stop. You'll get double the snow out there then here in the lowland swamps when we get a colder storm.

Wind is starting to roar through the woods. I had about 3" of rain here I'd estimate.

Appears another cloudy to mostly cloudy day is in store again. Currently cloudy and 40.1/29.0. Only dropped to right at freezing overnight, again the clouds held temps up a bit I believe.

Ugh.. I know. Cloudy is common in Dec. People ask me why my greenhouse is lit with plant lights. It's because cannabis needs light and our days are short and cloudy. They love the combination of both sun and LED's.

    High clouds and 47 outside

Greenhouse- 76 with sunny conditions, and humidity of 46%. Winds about 10 mph. Week 7 of flower.

Good News! You only have to wait 6 more hours for your emotions to swing completely in the opposite direction!

This is a place where it's allowed. Don't make people afraid to meltdown here. He can swing whatever direction he wants in here lol
