  1. 40 to nuthin in the third quarter. Time to bring in RG3. No way I would put Lamar in, other than for some tricked up play. RG is the backup to Flacco. Get him some work. Ravens have a game Thursday night. Time to rest some players.
  2. Wow. That seems a tad high though. I know areas to my south had more rain than my yard yesterday, but I was looking at local reporting stations for the region last hour and the highest 3-day total I saw for Easton was around 2.6". I am at 1.65" since Friday evening.
  3. 1.3" here since Friday night. Looks like I will be a bit too far removed from best lift today, but still should pickup some decent rain. Was super dry here until the past few days. Even though my yard has missed out on the heavier rains over the past month, currently just over 43.5" for the year.
  4. Cool and breezy with a widespread stratiform type event. Nice fall preview kind of day before we go back to the tropics.
  5. Just don't get used to it. The disgusting, warm, tropical air will be back with a vengeance after tomorrow.
  6. Cool and breezy with a steady light to moderate rain falling here over the last couple hours. Temp is 64. Nearing an inch of rain since this time yesterday- 0.95" to be exact.
  7. Missed most of the heavier stuff in every possible direction again, but still managed to pick up 0.73" since late yesterday.
  8. Actually picked up 0.55" since Monday here. Sept is gonna be epically wet in my yard. I can feel it!
  9. September CanSIPS is just out on TT and it looks quite acceptable as well. Very similar to last month's run, and suggestive of high latitude blocking for much of winter. Lets keep the trends going.
  10. I got home from the beach and was surprised to see a bit over half inch in the rain gauge. I guess one of those pulsers actually managed to get over my yard yesterday afternoon or evening.
  11. Still hasn't updated on TT. In other news, the CFS still looks like crap up top with +AO/+NAO and WAR for much of met winter. The good news there is plenty of time, it is the CFS so no one really cares, and it is due for one of it's many complete flips.
  12. It does. Perhaps my rain shields will be lowered. Managed to miss just about everything over the past 3 weeks.
  13. I was just there a few days ago for a pizza. I will have to try their sandwiches next time.
  14. It actually feels good if you are in the shade, not moving, and are seeking an outdoor sauna experience.
  15. Perfect word to describe how it feels outside. 86/81 here.
  16. GFS has a nice cool down just beyond day 10. Maybe a legit fall preview.
  17. First week of September in a word: sultry.
  18. ^not that there is anything to f-ing see here, lol.
  19. Dover radar is down yet again. How surprising.
  20. 0.08" today, which is the most rain here since the 0.25" that fell 10 days ago.
  21. Need some rain here. Super dry. Less than a half inch over the past 3 weeks. 4.1" for the month, most of which fell the first week.
  22. Low here was 57. Going to enjoy the next day or so before the heat ridge builds again.
  23. A quarter inch here yesterday. Missed all the good stuff in every direction. Not much rain over the last 10 days here, which is fine with me because those nasty, aggressive mosquitoes are all but gone. 4.05" for the month.
  24. Latest CPC ENSO update for 8/20 has an El Nino Watch, and holding to a 70% chance of an El Nino for the winter months. http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/analysis_monitoring/lanina/enso_evolution-status-fcsts-web.pdf
  25. Spent the day Sunday in N VA, some of it at Great Falls. It's been many years since I was there. Was a super nice day and the views of the falls are always awesome.
