  1. Me neither, but I really like this. I like B&B more, but its on the pricey side by comparison.
  2. I have this in my freezer. Much better than the original IMO.
  3. Jager or B&B. Both are thick, but pretty damn good tasting digestifs imo. And keeps the buzz going!
  4. It's summer though. Even there. Better them than us. Big + h5 height anomalies in mid June FTL (for them).
  5. Didn't last long here. Total of 0.15" for the day. Looks like hit and miss, pulse type showers in the afternoon and evening over the next few days until whats left of that low finally moves off to the NE.
  6. Yes a moderate shower here now. Sprinkler on stand down.
  7. Heavy drizzle! Almost up to a tenth here for the day.
  8. ^Sprinkler at the ready ...
  9. Up to 68 here now. Still just mostly on and off drizzle. Probably wont see any appreciable rain until the warm front moves through and the air mass becomes more unstable.
  10. I decided to go with the W00T Stout. Super good with the subtle pecan layer in there. The bourbon barrel aged influence is prominent.
  11. Its a big ass imperial stout from Sierra Nevada. A bit over 10%. Very good.
  12. Man this is a quality 'build your own' 6 pack. Going to be tough to pick which one of these I wanna dig into. Gonna be a stout I think...
  13. Had some wind driven drizzle earlier, and then a legit light shower. .05" in the bucket! Temp is 65. Looks and feels more like England in June.
  14. This has been a pretty persistent h5 look so far this Spring/early summer. Keep the mean upper ridge out west and prolonged bouts of extreme heat will be hard to come by here.
  15. Weekend doesn't look as hot as it did a few days ago on guidance. Probably low to mid 80s and plenty humid though. I would still think many areas manage low 90s early next week before the next front arrives. The easterly flow will be long gone and being right around the solstice, I will definitely take the over on temps.
  16. Drove through some actual drizzle on the way to work. Might be some legit light showers later today and tonight. Looks like the transition from easterly flow to south/southwest flow will get underway tomorrow. Should have at least 4 days of warm/hot and humid before the next cold front drops down next Tuesday or so. Hopefully there will be several chances for showers/t-storms over the next few days with the warmer, more unstable air mass in place as the UL lifts NW and opens up.
  17. Yeah you are in a different world wrt to the impacts from the upper low.
  18. It was gorgeous. Next few days look pretty decent too. Hopefully we get a little rain towards the end of the week, although it is not looking too impressive. The weekend into early next week is looking pretty torchy. Probably a day or 2 of low to mid 90s with heat advisories for the urban areas.
  19. Next weekend looks toasty as the rex block breaks down and an upper ridge moves in from the west. Probably upper 80s-low 90s, with some t-storm chances during the transition Friday into Saturday.
  20. That beer looks interesting enough to try. I would skip the smoke. Unless you are talking weed.
  21. Never tried that one. Doesn't sound like my thing. Gets pretty average reviews on Beer Advocate. That DFH 120 min IPA sitting in my fridge is going to get consumed here shortly. No doubt about it.
  22. 73 and full sun here just after 1 pm. Glorious weather for mid June.
  23. A stiff NE breeze has developed here this morning. Feels like Fall out there.
  24. The source of the map I posted is the US Drought Monitor, and the map was released on June 11. https://droughtmonitor.unl.edu/
  25. 56 this morning. Another day in the mid 70s. Stellar.
