Dude, it's going to be mid January....I am sitting on 3.5" on the season with an average of like 63". I haven't been over 55" in half a decade and have been over average once in 8 years.
The "net gain" ship sailed a long, long time ago.
Net positive? To what? Build on your mud pack? That is a term used when you have a solid base...I'm sitting on about 3' of fossilized model delusions, but sure as hell nothing to "gain" from. I want a big event...save your 3" of slush....."F" that shit. Rather torch...
It evens out....I have also had forecasts work out better than they should have. It happens...can't be shy about embracing forecast misses bc they become your ally moving forward and also foster a sense of credibility.
I have 3.5" of snow....my record low dating back to 1956 is 19.9". Considering the awful luck we have had this season, I think we will make up some ground, aside from any strat voodoo.
