Gonna be a good clean snow.  Rarely achieved in these parts. It will tick north with the precip field, IMO, but not enough to get beyond Leesburg to Manchester, at best. 

Banding is going to be everything for us HR folks.  Where it sets up is anyone's guess.

If you haven't already go to the SE forum.  Less bitterness from the metro DC folk and more data.  The models appear to be trending Richmond's way for the main event plus there's the 1"-3" Friday night.  That's not nothing.

He admits 2 inch line is aggressive. He seems to think moisture gets a bit further north than most models say

  Sensible.  But...I think he has had a pretty high failure rate?  You all know more.
