I was thinking that too...all of the northeast is like +4 to +7 on the month and we are about halfway through. Even changing from that regime to near normal is a huge 4-7F drop in the means. He gives a 20+ day date range on the pattern change, or does he think it only lasts from Oct 20 - Nov 10? Thats just as far out in time as he went.
