  1. Last yard stick reading I saw posted was around 3"..been a few ago
  2. Not sure if anyone posted...2 hrs ago from SPC...show has really got rolling yet.
  3. Lot of videos from Hun of sidewalks and cars encased in ice...Shoals area and north border on TN side is all snow with roads covered
  4. Think finally found the Arctic boundary on radar (blue circle)..if you loop the radar out of Hun you can see it moving due south
  5. Hope you guys score...yeah anxiety little high here waiting on the temps..or I'm just old and impatient lol
  6. 3k Sim radar is a thing of beauty for central valley guys
  7. Now it wants to join the party...nope not allowed lol
  8. Temps starting to crash on north end of the county in last 15 mins..Madisonville at 33, Sweetwater 32
  9. I'm in same boat as you, and why I hate being in a "good" location on models. Temp and dew running way behind schedule now here... T-39 DP-31
  10. There threshold is alot lower but confidence must have increased for the cold push into those counties.
  11. For Chatt folks..FFC just expanded their warning area
  12. Looking at HI Res data, not overly concerned about Monroe/McMinn north. However, Polk and Bradley getting a little more concerned, I wouldn't want to be in those areas. HRRR has brought slightly warmer air but NAM extended it...they are kinda meeting in the Middle. The push from the high is just slightly less last few runs, but looks more like normal model wobbling. Which plays huge into those 3 counties.
  13. The artic boundary has moved across 75 here in Monroe Co, almost to 411 now. Easiest way to find it is using DP not air temp. When it passes DP begins crashing.
  14. NAM has an 80' deep warm nose (925-950)...unless that nose originated from Hades think it's overdoing the frz ra
  15. Also noticed when the heavy banding setup, the accum map didn't match up to the omega
  16. Yeah almost looks convective in nature..supporting heavy bands
  17. Sleet reports far east as Tupelo...seems way ahead of schedule
