The 6-12” range for a storm is always so funny to me because a 6” storm means you can go to work the next day while a 12” storm means you wish you had bought the bread and milk. Totally different animals on each end of the spectrum.
I feel better about getting 6” of snow as a floor in DC. I feel worse about SE being the way to lose this. Overall a better morning for me.

EPS mean didn't really get much worse (normal windshield wiper stuff) for anyone outside of far NW VA/WV. I'd obviously like the 10" over us, but all this is showing me is a sizable VA storm. No major qualms
