  1. Just measured 4.3" here, so 2" in the last hour. Still coming down heavily!
  2. Visibility is down to less than 500ft here now. Beautiful!
  3. Haven't measured recently but I'd guess close to 3.5 or 4"...
  4. Pics from 3:30 pm, still coming down nicely, got some fatties in there now. Still 29F.
  5. Just the left of your ellipse it's heavy snow.
  6. Yeah, I've been watching it...hoping it takes it's sweet time. HRRR shows it taking till 6 pm, NAMS till about 4 pm. Meanwhile I'm enjoying the heck out of it! Peeps up north are gonna get blasted...
  7. Just started, lol. 2.5" here so far, heavy snow baby!
  8. Can confirm, coming down heavy here, visibility is about 600 ft. Awesome! 29F, DP 24. Gonna go get the snow shovels out of the barn, oh yeah!
  9. Steady light to moderate snow here, 30F, DP 22. Small flakes with some medium sized ones starting to mix in. Measured 0.3" on top of the car. Eta, looks great blowing sideways when the wind picks up!
  10. I'm in the 2 to 4 in zone 3, which is probably about right. Sucks being on the gradient edge! Nevertheless, if I get 3" I'll exceed last winter's total, so there's that. It sure looks and feels like snow, got that raw breeze out of the ENE. And as I'm typing, 1st flakes! Hoping for a nice snowy afternoon at least!
  11. The one change Id like to see at this point is the low center east of the Delaware coast, instead of in Delaware. Everything else is lining up nicely.
  12. You got a Greenskeeper welcoming weiner - what's not to like? I think we've all been there, once or twice I had the thought of responding to my own post, like "great post Kamu! etc. etc." but it wasn't too hard to let the idea go, lol.
  13. Nah, you're good - let it fly! You can always clean it up afterwards, lol. We're pretty relaxed in here.
  14. Paul, are you sure 1989 didn't have snow on the ground at Christmas? In Delco we did, leftover from earlier snows, even though it was gone by New Years.
  15. Maybe they thought they got the maintenance-free models, lol. Good job on letting them sit for now.
  16. He's semi-selective, but you'll probably get one for this post, lol.
  17. Hey now, you're talking to the crazy couple who "shoveled" 500 feet of driveway last winter to get a 2 foot high pile of powder, from the 2nd biggest snowfall of the season, a whopping 1/2", lol. Also the only time we had snow stick to the driveway. Let's see if this winter brings enough for a larger snow pile!
  18. Never came down hard enough here for anything noticeable on the ground, but it's been nice to have the on and off light snow for most of the afternoon. Right now getting some star shaped snow pellets. Nice day!
