  1. Not telling you anything you don't already know...our snow climo is such that one 6" storm hit or miss can determine if we end up above or below average. Hell, even a storm that changes over 2-3 hours sooner or later will affect how much above vs below we end up. I guess what I'm saying is, these winter outlooks of few inches either side of normal are nothing more than a crap shoot. Forecasting a 2019-20 or a 1995-96 winter shows skill (IMHO).
  2. DP around 23F, maybe we'll benefit from some evaporational cooling. Clouds lowering and thickening, 41F.
  3. The Bills canceled practice today because of the snow. Clearly Buffalo doesn't know how to deal with winter weather...send it our way! 42F
  4. A friend of mine texted to say she thought she saw tiny flake while walking her dog. I told her she was seeing things since snowman19 said no winter for anyone south of New England. 41F/DP 27F
  5. Looks like .80” for a total, 63F/DP 55F. Despite lack of heavy rains and winds that never got much above “breezy”, I still managed to have a tree come down last night. Fortunately it’s down by my creek and didn’t land on anything. Still, I better get it cleaned up before it’s buried under feet of snow in a few weeks.
  6. About .25" so far, 67F/DP 66F. I can officially report steamy windows.
  7. 1pm and sitting at 75F. Would love to take a run at 80F today, but don’t think we’ll get there.
  8. Ice cream truck coming down the street 74F with filtered Sun. Probably could make a run at 80F today with full Sun.
  9. Yeah, feels like late April/early May out there. Too soon for below normal temps to produce anything but cold rain. May as well enjoy the great outdoors and saving on the heating bill. 67F/DP 64F
  10. Ralph saw his shadow, 6 more weeks of autumn, 70F/DP 43F.
  11. Sounds like good looting weather should the Phil’s…n’ah, I ain’t gonna say it and jinx anything. Hope everyone is still wearing the same underwear from the Padres series. 53F/DP 31F
  12. 68F/DP 65F...muggy! Probably would be in the upper 70's if we had full sun today.
  13. If this were winter, I’d be watching it snow at the Phillies game while I’m high & dry here in central Montco. Actually, radar shows rain heading my way, expecting drops very soon. 62F
  14. 0-2 yesterday, glad to see things are getting back to normal around here
  15. Yes, with a couple of boomers, too. Mt Holly was issuing special weather statements, don't know/recall if there were any warnings. Glorious 46F out there this morning!
  16. Did anything explode? How 'bout dem third-place Cowboys!
  17. And while I’m here… DALLAS SUCKS!!!
  18. And wtf is with the Flyers being 2-0? I want Fletcher fired by Thanksgiving, this isn’t helping!
  19. Worst thing for the Braves was overtaking the Mets. Looks like they put all their effort into that and didn’t have anything left for the postseason. Go Phightins!
  20. Something hatched outside. There’s a gazillion gnats flying around in the sunlight. Amazing what a little rain will produce.
  21. Not that I'm aware of in my neck of the woods. Towamencin township canceled a scheduled movie night in Fischer's Park for this evening, but they said it was due to the park being "waterlogged". No mention of flooding. The creek in my backyard stayed in it's banks. Looks like an unofficial 5.75" event total here.
