  1. Thanks. I haven't been intentionally avoiding it or anything. It's been an extremely busy several weeks.
  2. Aw, so you didn't get the opportunity, but I'm excited you will have this weekend to enjoy it. Thank you for your continued service in the medical service fields of society!
  3. Disagree. The wind was certainly chilly but the late April sun is MUCH warmer on the skin.
  4. Pfttt... What happened to the below normal start to May? Warm warm warm biased climate.
  5. I see you tossing weenies out, @Thinksnow18 and @BuffaloWeather. Take this!
  6. Let me guess...we won't see those types of anomalies ONCE next winter! Gah!
  7. Yay! Bring in that colder air! I'm already tired of sweating...
  8. It kills me that we can't seem to get these great patterns in WINTER...and they continue to show up in Spring when they're of little use for us winter lovers.
  9. Why do you torture me so? Projected high for Syracuse is 77 on Sunday...which means we'll be kissing 80 with Dansville.
  10. Hey, Brent. Thanks for the apology. It stinks...but sometimes/often we have to deal with the consequences of our actions. It' definitely not fun to go through. I, like you, love cooler weather. I don't mind below normal days! I hope you enjoy the sunny day!
  11. I wonder how much the actual city of Binghamton got. I find the location of the BGM airport more maddening than the location of SYR airport.
  12. Wow. It flipped over here completely by 11:30 pm. The ratios were SO low though. I got up a couple times through the night and it was snowing hard, but taking forever to add up. So, got a few inches. There's still some on the ground up here on the hill. In the village there a few spits here and there.
  13. Seems like there's always been "something" with every synoptic event. This time, of course, was it is April 19th. If this storm had followed this track during WINTER, we'd be frolicking in foot + snowfall throughout the entire Syracuse region.
  14. So ridiculous. Syracuse better step it up next year.
  15. Yeah, I am. I'm at about 530 feet. But, even Baldwinsville the village, had way more than half an inch. I would say the village had an inch less than me...around 2.5 inches. Several times this year, there has been a very visible difference when I've had more snow than the village at just my bit of higher elevation.
  16. About 3.5 inches here. Struggling to lay on the ground.
  17. Loving these webcams. Transition to snow is starting in Elmira and Corning areas. WENY News
  18. Thanks, MAG. Glad to read it won't cause too much damage in that regard.
  19. Do you guys have extensive foliage out on the trees down there? If you get this heavy snow, it could do some damage. We are in extremely early Spring mode up here still, so I don't see it being a problem. It would still be some heavy snow on everything!
  20. Did you guys see the recent HRRR? I know it's not the best model, but it's very NAM-esque:
  21. Please stay there. Too many weenies back in CNY will tip the scales and the storm will shift back east.
