    I was just about to post too. Snow coming down hard in the Bville area, and covering everything.

    Nice. I saw Ithaca was down to 35 with "heavy rain" so was wondering if they would flip soon. Looks like you're doing well already. Obs. show that Skaneateles is 34 with light snow as well. If that's true, hopefully we'll flip soon here.

    For us down here, it will either be a whiff to the south or it moves north and we mix. Those are the 2 options.

    Latest RAP looks better for Central NY for tonight. I have no idea what to think about the weather for this upcoming week. haha

    Well, BGM is now saying only an inch for Onondaga county, and then just a "chance" of snow showers tomorrow....yawn.

    We still have a snowpack scattered around in some places...with snowpiles around everybody's properties. I'm surprised some of the snowpack is still hanging in there with the ridiculousness of 2 rain storms and temps going well up into the 40s several days since the "big" storm two weekends ago.

    It's amazing how such a wonderful start to winter for Buffalo has been such a "meh" start for Syracuse a few hours east.

    Why does Syracuse seem to ALWAYS warm up more than forecasted? Downsloping (on a southerly flow) due to the wonderful hills to the south? But even today, it's a NORTHEAST wind... I noticed the temp increases here so quickly...annoying!

    Sometimes there will be these situations where the rain/snow line is on the move faster than expected, and then just halts at some point. We will find out soon...

    If the Rgem has its way, we won't really get anything out of this...and we would have to rely on some lake effect action. And we know how that goes........
