We had a super cold and snowy November, so the rest of winter is going to be poop..... it's that simple. Blew our load too early. Sure there's years that were exceptions but on the whole if you have a cold snowy fall then you have a ratter winter.
You gotta realize that Coastal always says the pattern is crap, mild, and cuttery.....not sure he's ever said an upcoming pattern looks favorable, maybe it's some reverse psychology stuff?
Me 2. Montreal feels bigger to me and better night life, plus they speak a foreign language so that's cool as well.....like being in a foreign country instead of America's Top Hat.
Not sure why anyone is surprised....winter blew its load too early and now we're paying the price. It really is that simple, things have to even out.
Maybe we'll get a reset middle of January most likely.
Yeah but they could have been open for a week already..... frozen ground and 8" of cover....better than a lot of spring conditions at least down in Hollis/Brookline area when trails should probably be closed. The 12/15 date thing is kinda dumb.
