    Adopting is a very selfless act and one of the kindest things I think a person can do, my best friend was adopted and he's a good kid. Otherwise just let the nuts lie where they are they'll decompose, no?

    I would loot family Dollar too who cares. Pick up some new tees and jeans. Looting something like a small mom and pop antique shop where they spent half their lives collecting rare items would be bad.

    I was thinking the same thing. Probably because it's coming ashore in a lightly populated area versus MIA or Houston. And that it basically a giant rain storm.

    I wouldn't evacuate unless it was a high strength Cat 4, or a Cat 5. Otherwise I'm staying put, unless I live directly on the ocean like 5 feet ASL.

    It's been wet but we haven't had that much rain up here. Occasional sun this AM. Still I'm ready for some nice weather.

    lol dude we had so many mushrooms popping up everywhere in August it was crazy, they all seemed poisonous though. No tasty Hen of the Woods or Sulfur Shelf. Tripping the whole time. Yup i could see that. But people in live in the Maritimes and pacific NW and they have kids...?

    So you're saying it's not going to be a big deal? Shocking. They always over blow it. Honestly if it was me I would stay put and hunker down and not evacuate unless i was like 10 feet or less above sea level.

    is the surf up on south facing beaches yet? I can get down to the Cape this weekend but not until Sunday, I wanna swim in some big waves.

    yeah the storms that come ashore N of FL area are really never anything too crazy like a Haiyan or Maria. Ya lots of rain and some moderate storm surge, but i don't think this will be like Harvey.
