    River Styx was good never went to Milk Room. I’m pretty sure Bull Spit is gone too. We will lose a few more in the next year.

    The pie has been sliced into too many pieces which will result in financial pain from most breweries. Spirits surpassed beer sales for the first time ever in 2023. On premise tap sales will continue to keep many breweries alive but anybody relying on packaged beer sales should be worried.

    We are now past peak with regards to off premise sales. Too many breweries and brand loyalty is a thing of the past. Liquor, wine and canned cocktail sales have gone up while craft beer has gone down. $18 - $25 4 packs has not helped the cause.

    I talked to my connections in the snow world and we should be all set moving forward.

    The initial snow thump plus never warming above 38F in the upper valley kept the pack mostly intact. Plus we only got about 1.5” rain.

    I had almost 2.5" but I had snow come in a lot sooner than you.

    Pallets going to Nix in now. Unless we can flip back with some heavier risers it looks like 2.25” will do it. The question is do I try clearing the driveway or hope that it washes away? I’m under the weather so I really don’t feel like attempting the former.

    Snowing in Greenfield and sticking to the roads because we are still at 29°.

    Years ago I had a landlord who was a third generation farmer. I remember him saying “it can be too cold to snow but it’s never too cold to rain” I always wonder if he was talking about cutters. Lol

    It’s not like we haven’t seen it go from below zero to rain in less than a day.
