Interesting that we only had a few minutes of sleet here today. I’m expecting the pellets with this final push of QPF but we’ll see. Just light snow at the moment.

One of the better storms of the season just because of how it’s stuck to everything. Beautiful. Over 6” here, heading out with the dog shortly and will take a few measurements.

There is some wisdom to that because if I snow blow it’ll leave piles that sit around the yard a lot longer. I’m kind of done with saving snow for the season and ready for gardening.

Lol, first plow of the day just coming through! Two of the smaller town trucks and definitely struggling pushing this stuff. Definitely going to be too much on the ground in the morning to “just let it melt” so looks like I’ll be snowblowing.

Yeah, I thought we were done but it only sleeted here for about 10 or 15 minutes about an hour ago and still all snow here.

Interestingly, after about 10 minutes of pallets we went back to moderate snow. That rarely happens.

I’m out walking so I haven’t looked but that explains why it’s flipping back-and-forth between sleet and heavy snow here.

Damn, a lot of pellets mixing in now, I thought it would hold off for a bit. Since I’m only about 12 miles from the Vermont border I’m guessing sleep gets all the way into CNE tonight?

Been dumping pretty good the past two hours. Between 2.5 - 3”. Trees sagging a bit.

Dumping now. Moderate snow, big flakes. 0.5” 34F but at this rate it is sticking to pavement now.
