  1. Oh’ I don’t doubt you, I’m just surprised at the differential.
  2. OK group weather mind, I have a very dear friend, solo paddling the Connecticut River from end to end and he will be coming through Northern New England this week. I would greatly appreciate any local weather updates as far as storms go. Post here or by all means message me. Thanks!
  3. Wait, what? My DP hit 62 in Greenfield and I’m pretty much in “the valley”.
  4. 55F for the low. 59/49 now with full overcast.
  5. How did that stuff stay in the air for 10 hours? That doesn't sound right, they must've been continually releasing it.
  6. Is that Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg? Otherwise known as Webster Lake.
  7. Nothing wrong with spending lots of time and money growing a useless crop that you need to constantly maintain and then dispose of the harvest.
  8. Actually more like 1.4” inches since May 1. A little bit of that was snow!
  9. I have half of that since May 1.
  10. NW MA is getting into drought territory. Ironically I was the one mocking the drought posts a few weeks ago and now we have not had any meaningful rain in weeks.
  11. It kind of sucks that the only official station in Franklin County is in Orange, the easternmost town. There is another 60 miles of county beyond that with no reporting sites. I’m not sure why Turners Falls airport doesn’t have a station?
  12. Tolland to Brattleboro been a dry few weeks.
  13. I think we are screwed here. Storms are gonna’ miss south.
  14. Ha, incorrect. Alchemist and Lawson’s are big boy breweries, making world class “New England Style” IPA’s and also producing top notch versions of many other styles of beer.
  15. Gorgeous evening. 76/65. Summer! The wife and I both worked hard all week and haven’t had a beer since Saturday, so tonight we IPA!
  16. Oh don’t worry, I’m taking care of all the right plants. this is the first year I’ve actually done some container gardening. Tomatoes love the big pots. I mulched all of my greens and peppers in the ground and I’m turning an old 50 foot garden hose into a soaker hose.
  17. Hard-sell on that one and it only grazes Franklin Co to boot.
  18. Same. That’s not going to get it done for the lawns and gardens.
  19. Valley lawns are starting to look a little scorched. The dust clouds coming off the farm tractors in Hadley and Sunderland could be seen from miles.
  20. Man we missed any showers again last night. Low of 50. Gorgeous morning!
  21. Isn't it supposedly based on actual accounts of priests from the Catholic Church's exorcism division?
