Depends how much stake the big institutions like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan have in the crypto market. The SEC it’s pretty corrupt so I’m sure the big boys could lobby them to hold off on the tether lawsuit until they’ve made the money they want to make an unwind their positions. After all, the SEC let JP Morgan manipulate the price of silver for years.

If the lack of snow wasn't bad enough it has been constant clouds in WNE. Weeks of gray and mid-30's isn't great for the morale.

This will go Supreme Court if it becomes a big enough liability for businesses. It may anyway based on observed resistance. Just wait until the idea of "vaccine passports" gets introduced.

It's ok to be concerned about a new vaccine but vaccines have a pretty good track record of effectiveness. I don't get the flu shot yearly but I am up to date with everything else, as is my family.

I have friends who are high up in public health positions in NH and MA. The internal surveys, inquiring about personal vaccine compliance, among both "state and town employees", is discouraging. That's all I can really say about that here but there are a lot of people who are not on board.

There are going to be big legal fights. However, hopefully, if half the population gets vaccinated, the number of previously infected people plus vaccinations will bring herd immunity.

There is a huge percentage of the population who are not going to get vaccinated by choice. We are in for another year of lockdown frustration.

I think we are getting a more rapid spread. I only knew 3 people in the past year that had it and now I’ve known 3 in the past week. All of them mild cases thankfully,
