  1. I take that back, looks like they did throw up a flood warning for a narrow portion of Franklin County.
  2. Most of the Wunderground stations around here topped out out at 91-92. I’m a little surprised your area got that warm but it was an odd set up considering a lot of places well north of here got warmer too.
  3. Dying just to my West. Pretty good shower right now though. Moderate rain. Fantastic for the gardens.
  4. I don’t think it was that bad. No FFW’s.
  5. Yeah, heavy rain for much of W. County right now. Seems to be eroding a bit as it approaches Greenfield though.
  6. 91 has been the peak here yesterday and today. Hot but nothing spectacular. Lots of clouds this afternoon. Down to 88F right now.
  7. Wow! Congrats? I mean, it’s hot here but not like that. Slight breeze and occasional cloud debris.
  8. It’s 88° in downtown Greenfield.
  9. High of 91F at my house today, still 77/70 at 10:45pm.
  10. 90° at home 92° downtown Greenfield. We summer.
  11. Impressively hot week incoming but probably not historic for New England. My peppers should thrive with watering!
  12. Are you guys moving to Orlando?
  13. Some cloud cover kind of capping temperatures here this afternoon. 78° in Greenfield
  14. I actually enjoy an evening with temperatures in the mid 70's after sunset. I hated it when we lived in the city but it's more pleasant in the country.
  15. Were they referring to Kevin‘s head?
  16. Yeah, I'm not sure anyone in SNE breaks records. Maybe CNE or NNE? I don't love high heat but I understand the "might as well break a record". I would be right there rooting for records but Greenfield has a big music festival in town this weekend that we are involved in. Any moderation would be welcome. At the end of the day I've survived mid 90's in the past and will do so again this week.
  17. I thought the operational GFS dialed temps back a bit too.
  18. I can already see this week being brutally hot but falling just short of records. It's what we like to do in SNE.
  19. Ya', looks like a brief mild down next week then we re-stoke the furnace. Maybe a bit of shift in the ridge at the end of the month tho'...?
  20. It looks pretty dry for eastern areas even beyond next weekend. Convection rains will probably help WNE.
  21. I’ll install tonight when we get back from The Cape. It’s two window units and a portable, it really only takes me about 20 minutes. Lol. Every year I just wait until there is an extended period of upper 80s or 90s in the forecast.
  22. Your area also looks Steined over the next 10 days.
  23. Easier for weenies in tropical SNE to chase snow next winter.
