On pace for near record to record warm fall...sure does remind me of 76-77 alright lol

Same here in the Merrimack Valley area. I have never seen so many trees "loaded" with leaves this late in the fall.. Also there are many trees that still have mostly green leaves. Lawns are still growing at a good pace.

we all know if this was winter the storm would be tracking 500 miles to the west....especially if it was Christmas Eve day or Christmas day -

Same in here in Methuen....well took only 9 days for sprouting to appear. The lawn continues to grow at a good pace. I expect to be mowing the lawn well in to November. Might rival 2015 for latest mow.
