Young (~12 year old/40' tall) Tulip tree in the back yard had actual leaves popping out yesterday. I expect by the end of this week it'll be nice and green. Lot's of flowers on all the maples too.
Up to .25" on grass and elevated surfaces. My guess is we won't get much more accumulation with the sun coming up now. Unless the rates really pick up.
Was 73 in West Hartford when I was there earlier today. 67 for a high at home in Salem.

Light coating of snow on top of the cars but nothing else.

After a couple of lulls and periods of light snow another 0.2" has fallen. 5.1" total as darkness falls. Light snow currently and the concrete walkway to the house is already white again after being cleared at 4:20.
Radar looks good for this evening. Can we pull another 1" here?
Deep deep winter. Moderate snow now. Has not stopped snowing at all since 5am; although there have been some periods of very light snow. Days and days...
About 3/4" new since this morning. 4.9" total so far.
