  1. 21” Final. 24” depth including the 6.5” pack. Great storm overall. Now, can we get this shit to melt? I can’t get elevations done for a new septic system with this damn snow everywhere. Oh, and the power is still out. 2 to 6 days per Neversource. .
  2. 1:15pm measurement. 1.0” new. 20.8” total. It’s been mostly light snow or even just flurries since 8:30ish. A little bit steadier for the past hour or so. .
  3. Best I can tell is 12” new in the area I cleared at 12:30am. That gives 19.8” total so far. Multiple measurements of 18” NEW depth in the big field. 24.5” total depth including the old pack. Power went out as I was typing this up on the computer. .
  4. Had a lull down to just light snow for a couple hours but really picking back in the past 30 minutes. Great snow growth and drier than earlier. 7.8" Board cleared. Measure again around 7am.
  5. It's almost like the storm moves WEST to EAST. And..........you're further EAST. Funny how that works.
  6. Just went out and measured again. 6" on the money. Absolutely puking snow!! Power flickered a couple of times too.
  7. Started snowing about 20 minutes ago. Not sticking to the road or driveway yet as we're at 33 degrees. Accumulating on the old snow, however. Pre-storm snow depth avg 6.5". First measurement will be at 7:15pm
  8. 32/30. Light snow/drizzle for the past couple of hours. Some kind of weird low level precip.
  9. Somewhere my Dad has slides with pictures of me similar to this. I gotta dig them out sometime and scan them into digital.
  10. You know how goes with these. People panicking at every little wobble in the models. Some of us know to hold the course. We’re all getting buried!!
  11. Now everyone is going to panic with every little model wobble for the next 36 hours. LOL. It's okay folks, it's gonna snow.
  12. Hope a bunch of us get to experience a Juno level deathband from this storm:
  13. Well....if it has to snow let's do a repeat of this: Sorry, not sorry to those in Western CT and MA.
  14. 36 and rain. Was hoping for lower 40's to melt more snow. Don't think we're gonna get there.
  15. We've been hitting 40-41 recently so I noticed on Saturday that we have a 1" or so crust on top from the melt and re-freeze each day, but under that there's still a good 7-8" of powder in most places around the yard. A very different year for snow retention all around.
