    21 for a low which missed tying my 3 time record, since 1965, by 1. it’s crawling into the low 40’s and clouds look to hold off until sunset and dews won’t be above 15 by 6pm and winds are still nw so bank on something other than rain at onset

    Since moving here in 2004 the coldest I’ve been at midnight in April is 26 is 2013. It’s not April I know. Right now I’m 27.5 and if winds go very light then teens and that’s gotta hurt growing things. Lowest for me in April is 20. 3 times 3 different locations. One of those was wierd as it was around April 15th, 1970 or 75?

    3pm ob 29F and had another 5-10 minute interval of 30+ winds, moderate snow and blowing snow with sharply reduced visibility. Now light snow

    Last 5 minutes have been first bout of 1/8 mile visibility with moderate snow and blowing snow

    cleared the cars and made a thorough tour. Cars were just starting to convert to pack ice so good timing. Light snow entire time including some graupel. 2” on snowboard and fully shaded areas, 1-1.5 for partial or full sun. 30F

    Going to clean the cars now because it’s slushy and will freeze hard pack and be difficult to remove by dark and thru tomorrow Any new snow will be powdery and blow off .

    93 is my top event 28.20 baro and snow sleet driven by constant 30+ winds gusts to 50. 1pm and almost dark.

    Dont want those thunderstorms across gulf and fl to intensify and spread west to east much more. Chokes off the gulf. One of our biggest flops and I can only guesstimate 30 years ago was one that looked 100%, storms fired up west to east from Al thru Florida and we got zip.

    My main concern is in half dozen instances in last two years temps have been 3-5 degrees too warm from model predictions. This time we are at least not dropping from 70+ but will temps and thus timing for changeover be well off once again?

    7 degree drop in 30 minute from 59 at 11 to 52 at 11:30 Felt like 80+ last two days and wind chill values kicking in at 35-40F with gusts 35-40
