44 here this morning, 8 degrees warmer than yesterday morning.

Under clear skies my temperature at 9PM was 45 degrees and now it is up to 48.

Predicted low for my area tonight is 45, I am already below that. Looks like first 30s of the season.

I don't know if it will be our last 80 degree temperature but the last 80 degrees at Newark and Central Park was on September 21. That seems to be a little early for a last 80 degrees, especially considering how it has been in recent years.

Hit a beautiful 77 degrees here today, lots of 70s thru out the area today.

I believe the rain reports are a total since Saturday when the event began. I picked up 3.72 since Saturday. Maybe you are just looking at one of the days.

What makes it even worse out west is they simply don't get much rain even on a normal year, in many places. So a drought is a drought in an already dry location.
