It's basically everyone east of the rockies, the trough out west is unrelenting. All my friends and family out there are posting picks of deep snow in Eugene and Seattle.

2010-11 was -pna with a strong -NAO. Did very well first part of that winter including 12" Christmas day

Property in northern Wisconsin and the UP is very reasonable compared to wnc. A lot to do and plenty of snow
