    Looking like 70s to snow in about 6-7 hours Wednesday/Wednesday night. Perhaps another 1-2".

    MLI with just 0.6" overnight (only 0.2" at DVN as well), so still 2.4" of buffer left to achieve seasonal futility. Looks like we'll rebound to the 60s already tomorrow, and then back to back 70s for Tue/Wed. Gotta love March.

    A bunch of angry robins cheepin' out back this morning, as the grass is covered with a pretty thick blanket of wet snow. Picked up 1.5" here. All of the paved areas are completely snow free. Don't think I've ever seen it go from the 80s to accumulating snow here before in such a short amount of time.

    The back edge of the dust plume has passed through here. Much clearer now with full visibility.

    Yeah pretty dusty out there with visibilities down under 3 miles in some locations. Looks like LOT backed off the high wind warning.

    50mph winds here a bit ago with the squall line. Luckily the high winds are becoming a little more sparse along the advancing squall line/wind shift.

    New record of 83 at MLI today, hit 81 here.

    Several locations in the Texas Panhandle already have winds gusting over 70mph early this morning. One hell of a dust storm down in the southern Plains today, with lots of wildfire potential. Not in this sub, but shows the power of this incoming storm system.

    Record at MLI tomorrow is pretty low hanging fruit with 78. Should easily make it to 80-82.

    Thinking there's going to be a lot of 70+mph wind reports coming out of the DVN area with this, especially along/south of I-80. Central IL really looking to get raked with this.

    Could be quite a few severe wind reports over here in the DVN cwa with this. Lots of wind right off the deck so wouldn't take much to get severe gusts. With so much shear and vorticity with this system wouldn't be surprised to see a few DVN one scan wonder spinups along the advancing squall line.

    Saw first robins this morning. 60s today, 70 tomorrow, and deep into the 70s Thu & Fri. Huge windbag coming Fri/Sat.

    I'll never forget the day I came home from school and they had swapped over to the purple radar that had the loop and more reflectivity levels. Before that it was just the lowly 6 level stationary blue radar. Having a looping local radar pop up for u 6 times an hour felt like winning the lottery back then lol

    MLI with only 0.1" today lol. Seasonal total up to 6.8". Any snow that fell here today was gone by the time I got home. Guess I call it an inch but who knows lol. At work it barely stuck at all, as it was mostly a white rain with intermittent bursts of bigger flakes.

    Good chance at 70 3 days in a row here, from Mon-Wed. After today's nuisance snowfall departs don't see any more snow in the next 10+ days.

    Models have bumped the main snow swath north in the DVN area for tonight/tomorrow. Looking more like a 1" type event for this area, and probably a DAB or DAB+ at MLI. Cedar Rapids area looks to be the jackpot in the DVN area per usual.

    We had teflon snow here today, non-stick. It didn't snow hard enough to overcome the wet/warm ground, so nothing measurable here, or at MLI and DVN. MLI's seasonal snowfall will remain at 6.7". Final rain total here of 1.12"
