You know I have actually missed grocery shopping. I like you have been extremely cautious. Did not choose to get cancer at age 41, but being a survivor I was not going to be taken down by a virus. Dr’s appts and outdoor while masked activities has been the extent of my life since last March. April 20th I start to get my life back. And so so super happy that I have Mr J who took on more responsibility when I had to stop. Even while working from home. He has been through so much with me over the years through my cancer diagnosis, bed rest with both of the girls just to name a few. This weekend we celebrate 22 years of being there for each other. I joked after he asked me to marry him that I would if he promised to push me in a wheelchair when I got old. Was joking but he has done just that. He got his shot on Tuesday and such a sense of relief went through me as he has been the one on the front line. We will celebrate yet another anniversary with take out at home. Did it while on bed rest. Did it as I recovered from cancer surgery. Did it last year and again this year. Does not matter where I celebrate as long as I celebrate it with Mr J. We can live it up next year if we choose. Or just be the introverts we are and stay home.

I just scored an appt for the older Miss J on Friday afternoon at M&T Stadium with the help of a dance mom friend, she can only get Pfizer so can only do certain Mass Sites as of now. So by this weekend 3 of us will be vaccinated. Well me and her partially, Mr J got the one and done today. Just waiting on the emergency authorization for the younger Miss J.

Yea my friend over in Loudoun said they are just opening 1C there. Granted their tearing is different so there is that. Mr. J got a call last night from MD Dept of Health and got an appt. at the Hagerstown location this morning. He had a 9 am appt and is on his way home. Now just need to be on the hunt for Pfizer as that is the only one the older Miss J can get. She is pre-registered but as we only have one option for a shot I am going to have to go vaccine hunting next week unless she gets a call. Good luck to all out there.

While looking out on this cool gray morning noticed the tree line behind the house has started to bud. That little bit of green helps to make it not feel as blah as it is out right now.

Nope, none. Older Miss J was pissed! My backyard mostly had wind and rain. For about 2 min have .44" in the station. Honestly it was pretty much like a gusty rain storm for a very short time.

Actually I used to be really bad at remembering. Finally put an alarm in for Water House Plant Wednesday at 10 am. Best they have looked for a long time.

Yea am going to watch that. I am currently just on the southern edge of the warning by about 2 miles. Looks like the line is just getting to I-81 will see what it does.

Just got put under a STWarning over here. Mr. J is going to have to stop power washing the deck soon. There is a decent amount of sun with the temp at 64 and dew at 62.

Have a terrarium that needs some attention. Out of the deck with a cup of tea while replanting.

Yea came back on at around 1. So may have been wind may have been something resulting from work somewhere. Neighbors in the neighborhood across from us said they heard a big boom and then it went.

Power is out over here. Guessing it is the wind.

It is actually a natural thing in apples in the skin. And loving this weather. House if full open all 3 levels. Did my workout in the front room as I do in colder weather. Half way through was sweating a bucket so looks like time to move down to the lower level. Mr. J just took the day off as he did not sleep well and after he does the food round up we are going to try out our new portable electric power washer. The patio and deck need some attention. With the winds it may turn into a soak fest but it will be warm enough for it.

Oh my 3 alarm fire in my mouth. We decided to order in Curry. Well I thought that the last time I had done the chicken platter spicy and was fine with it. Well I just got done with it and my eyes will not stop watering and my mouth and lips are stinging. Obviously either I got it mild last time and it was just kind of spicy or I got it spicy and they amped up their spicy. Sinuses have cleared way out.

They just said on Weather Nation that the wording of Catastrophic Damage is being used to describe the situation.

The youngest Miss J has a bad intestinal reaction with the skin of apples. Found out it is the pectin. She can eat skinned apples just fine so that is what we do.

Yep! Mr. J is from the south and down there they call it Hunch Punch. I used to live next to a Rugby house. Messed those guys up for about a day don't even want to say what they got up to. And I would think gummi bears would count as fruit. Would be like a Jello shot.
