I think it's a riot that the one hobby that requires an immense amount of patience and has a success rate lower than Dave Kingman's lifetime batting average attracts some of the least patient and most unreasonable expectation people on the planet. On a side note...he's really not that funny.

true...you're better with words than I am, I"m just glad I have been busy to not really be that disappointed yet about winter. If it all fails into February then I'll probably post a frowny face then go back to living my life again.

I stopped looking at winter as a season years ago, it's all about if and when it snows. To think just because it's winter it's going to snow is fools gold anymore. This 3 month period just allows us an opportunity to snow sometimes. So far it hasn't for most and only once for some. Next one will be whenever it is. Good luck

I'm not hostile to gravy at all but I've always looked at gravy as a surprise not an expectation. So anyone on here who felt like they deserved gravy well....hope they liked chewing on the dry meat and taters. All of that said....I prefer butter.

So I understand that we've had solid teleconnections for awhile and it stinks that we haven't really scored during it, but my brain got set for January 20th on as the prime window and anything prior would be gravy. I guess many on here really wanted some gravy. Now if we don't start scoring some after January 20th then oh well, next year I guess.
