    I'm hopeful yet cautious...and to be clear I'm already wrong because my statement was at 12z today the models would start showing storms on the horizon...clearly the euro and cmc started earlier than that. Just need the good for spooking model to join the party.

    He doesn't even know how to get to Manchester, he's also at around 300' ASL. The rain snow line has been creeping towards Leesburg for years now in marginal events pretty sure not yet up towards Central/Upper Carroll county
