I'm not hostile to gravy at all but I've always looked at gravy as a surprise not an expectation. So anyone on here who felt like they deserved gravy well....hope they liked chewing on the dry meat and taters. All of that said....I prefer butter.

So I understand that we've had solid teleconnections for awhile and it stinks that we haven't really scored during it, but my brain got set for January 20th on as the prime window and anything prior would be gravy. I guess many on here really wanted some gravy. Now if we don't start scoring some after January 20th then oh well, next year I guess.

Even though I'm being half serious....my recollection that in Nina's IF there are any storms around us it typically happens in the South or on the shore. I don't see anything unusual with what some of the models are spitting out. Feel free to correct me, i'm not here to be right just expressing my thought on our current situation

Also remember this was supposed to be a shitty nina winter and the only reason some fools have raised expectations was because of the warning event. So without that unreasonable shift in expectations shitty winter still on schedule. Hopefully something positive happens the rest of the winter....positive things already happening elsewhere.

It was stated by HM and others that after the warming event it usually takes 20-30 days to have an effect if it does. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure the warming wasn't 20-30 days ago. Anyway good luck hopefully something positive happens for the rest of the winter.
