  1. Started this AM at 70. HRRR has me getting to 98 today. Weekend front is very progressive on the EC this AM. Even Friday turns out ok as to not much in the way of steady rain around. Other two are still a lot more unsettled for the weekend.
  2. Short range meso's say yes. Concentrating on southern LSV but that could change every hour.
  3. No one here does it at the cost of other around them. That is another forum were people are uncaring of your A/C. Ha. I am in the same boat. A/C has trouble keeping the house a constant temp.
  4. So, I started the morning at 69 and ended up at 92 A raise of 23 degrees. MDT started at 79 and only made it to 96? 17 degrees in one of the hottest days in some time? MDT should probably be questioned about everything at this point. Their 96 may be legit but not sure the 79 is.
  5. Wowza. Thursday could be rockin from mid afternoon into Friday morning.
  6. Last I looked there were 62 reports in PA of hitting 100 on local weather networks. The east side of Pa was much higher than central and west. The station in Bloomsburg is still 97 at this moment.
  7. Bloomsburg, Berwick and Allentown are some other 100 temps today (local weather network).
  8. @Itstrainingtime, saw this on MA. WPC has our backs this week. Going more with an American and Canadian theme vs. Euro.
  9. And here we thought we were having a cool June. LOL
  10. It really seemed to level off today for you. You looked like a sure bet to get a bit higher. MDT stay steady at 96 this hour. I see enough 100's on Wunderground to mark today as a 100 day unofficially but looks like MDT may fall 2-3 degrees short.
  11. The 18Z HRRR manages to both melt everyone and bring copious shower activity to the LSV tomorrow.
  12. Today is one of only 3 days to ever hit 100 in June at MDT so they need to make that mark for a record. Tomorrow is a very reachable 97 if the rain holds off long enough.
  13. Confirmed in person report of 101 at Mt Holly Springs. Professional weather station.
  14. 91 here. MDT has about 3 hours to make a run at adding 4-5 degrees. Believe it is 95 or 96 there now. Several 99-102's now on Wundermap. 102 is in Lewistown.
  15. It was Memorial to all. Hotels giving out refunds and the works Monday is looking pretty good across the board.
  16. LOL. No sun and fun all weekend. Just not a lot of rain over the LSV. Sunday looks like drizzle possible. You get doused pretty good Saturday. The Euro temp profiles are not going to go into any of my forecasting. They are much too warm for us being directly under the ULL. They are 10-15 degrees higher than the GFS/CMS on Sat.
  17. Eesh, Euro is very iffy for Sat. Spins up that aforementioned low later than the others and keeps the front over us. Technically the rain bounces around the LSV but very unsettled.
  18. Euro has rain for Northern LSV tomorrow. Less than .25" Then close to 1-2" for Thursday LSV/Tamaqua wide. With the position of the trough it is completely dry on Friday. Very different than the other two so suspicious of it not having a low form to our south east.
  19. All models have significant rain starting tomorrow for some then Thur-Sat for all. Just the layout of the CMC's looked a lot like that WPC map. Of interest on the GFS is a weak tropical system that crosses Florida next week then strengthens and has it's way with the Outer Banks.
  20. CMC's QPF map looks a lot like that WPC map Training posted earlier.
  21. 4 days of highs in the 60's and 70's is pretty "decent" for July. If I were planning a party I think Thur-Sat are very questionable. Sunday is iffy especially early but Monday is looking traditional 4th like.
