I think today is our hot day over here. We are sitting at 90 and primed to make a run at a 30 degree jump from the AM low of 64. Assuming one of the random shower's forming does not get us.
Yes, if I keep saying it people will just get more sick of me saying it but verbatim the GFS is cool and way too dry. Forget how dry I am here. Some people who have received rain this week will be a dust bowl in 10 days if the GFS were to play out. And tomorrows rain is looking less and less impressive but models could be wrong and we get a deluge. Really, a lot of rain tomorrow will not help much if we have two weeks of little rain.
@TimB84, 12Z GFS Trough for next weekend seems much broader and wide scale. Still gives comfy temps though. Check out that Ontario Clipper mid week which goes above PA.
I have checked and those of planning to attend both the Pillow and Paw Paw carnivals are ok as they are one week apart. They have a Ms. Paw Paw AND a Ms. Teen Paw Paw!

Kohrs ice cream Custard and "York Fair" Ham and Choose sandwiches for people who are familiar with going there. And don't you dare eat a fry without vinegar on it.
I actually saw that milky white look to the skies yesterday. Did not say anything as I thought someone said they do not see it anymore but was the first time I noticed it this year.
Too long range to be counted on as likely but the HRRR has two severe lines coming through the LSV tomorrow afternoon and evening. MLCAPE is not particularly high though.
I edited the original post just as you were posting. The article I read must have been trying to suggest something else now that I think of it. As there had to be other gameless days. Team USA's game was cancelled as well.
Did not confirm its validity but I read this AM that yesterday was the first day there was no NBA, NHL, MLB or NFL Games being played since July 6, 1983! Wonder if they are skipping 2020 with that stat?
