  1. We are finally seeing real rain. Will probably get over 1" this evening. Sweet, sweet rain.
  2. @sauss06 is throwing Craft Brews and he is not staying for the carnival.
  3. I feel like the meaning for a warning, which used to be an imminent threat that is taking place, must have changed.
  4. Me as well. 1.5" of rain in 40 days and I get a flash flood warning with nothing on the ground. LOL.
  5. LOL. You may have to deal with some of the later.
  6. That super large area in Northern Franklin County has Pillow and points North East written all over it...if it does not reform elsewhere.
  7. It is not out of the possibility that some of us do not hit 90 again this year. Doubtful but the pattern setting up for the next two weeks could push us into August with no 90's and then who knows.
  8. Sky is getting gray here but a bit of a fake out as that stuff is moving NE and not East.
  9. So far the forum is not doing overly well. A few hail reports and Training got some rain and that moved east. Let's hope for a better round 2.
  10. Your commitment to walking, in how often you mention it, is pretty cool and impressive. I could use some of your gusto in my own exercise endeavors.
  11. Pretty impressive cell formation in Central and Eastern LSV today. Made it to 92 here and I think that will probably be peak. Could be the highest temp I see for quite some time. Hope I can get a little of what Paw Paw is seeing right now.
  12. I am a Sox Fan back to the 80's so not trendy but there are a LOT of stuck up, know it all Red Sox fans. I doubt you have ever seen me be too rude to any specific team on here beyond pointing out times when my favorite may have bested them. We are all humans and I hope to never be looked at as a Red Sox fan vs. a fan of sports who roots for the Red Sox.
  13. "Could" be interesting tomorrow yet as that front is being pushed so far south now its allow the SLP over Northern PA the chance of a more southward progression and put the LSV into a better position to get under its outer circulation as it pulls away. Maybe some sun inspired pop up cells.
  14. It really made it satisfying when the Boy's would win and Howard had to give props to Jody Mac. I think those Eagles and Cowboys teams were more cohesive and a real rivalry. These days the players shuttle in and out more.
  15. Yea....both today (which I think its underdone and someone down here gets some rain today) and 10 days.
  16. Man, I wish I could feel good about it and am not poo pooing it, but I would prefer if any model showed a more appreciable event here. They have all been in reverse for a couple days now. I do not think an guidance shows a scenario like that for the LSV. (Maybe the CMC and Icon)
  17. LOL, no problems. I know you are Philly centric. I was a Phillies fan growing up but sort of gravitated to the BoSox in the 80's. My dad was in the military so I picked up teams as we moved around. Living in Philly for 10 years I am quite familiar with the 90's Philly teams and the announcers down there. Jody MacDonald, Howard Eskin, Angelo Catladi etc... I used to really dislike Philly teams but not so much any more.
  18. Damn front runner fans. :-). Cowboys-Red Sox-Capitals-Mavericks. I lived a lot of places growing up.
  19. 6Z GFS more or less kicking the can down the road on summer until August...frequent nights in the 50's for PA.
  20. 66 here this Am. Yanks and Sox game was allowed to go on but Yanks still did not show up. Edit-EC has little to no precip making it to the LSV today.
  21. HRRR has been broadcasting M/D line all day. Random winners. Have to say though that the short terms models did not forecast the line going through the LSV right now.
  22. We have only had about 1.5" of rain in the last 40 days or so. A Have Not. Just 20 miles North of me and they have had 5-6" just this month. We are officially in drought but we won't be listed because the square mile area where it is taking place is too small even for a little yellow dot. One of the USGS employees lives in Hagerstown and I have the pleasure of communicating with him.
  23. Radar Estimated going for close to 1.2" now near Hershey.
