  1. Hmm, I still think anything is possible for Sept. Unfortunately the CFS has not been available the last few runs so cannot check its consistency for pattern predicts.
  2. I am still of the opinion that I will not worry too much when we are near the norms. MDT is still normed above 80 until Mid Sept. I know you want the fall goods now though. LOL. A day in the 70's with rain is no good for sure (temp wise, I will glad take the qpf).
  3. Yep. Just speaking about the Euro, tomorrow is the end of the 90's chances for a week for you and probably for MDT as well. GFS does not see it that way for MDT of course. Euro is getting warm again in 10 days.
  4. Surprising twist...the Euro backed way down on the heat but here and out your way. Partially because of much more convection the rest of the week.
  5. I do not think you will heat wave today. LOL. I personally think the 5 days requirement is too much though I like the 9 degrees over normal/average. 3 days in a row of +9 or more departures would probably be a good mix. But what happens when it is 3 days of -9 departures re: if MDT only hit 75 3 days in a row. No one is calling the Patriot to report a cold wave. LOL.
  6. 3 more to go for a Heat Wave day entry. Average/Normal high is 84. Sept 12th the average high finally goes below 80 (MDT)
  7. 84 here at 1:30PM. I think my first 90's day this week will be tomorrow. I saw some of the Central LSV people are getting there. MDT at 86.
  8. LSV lunchtime. A few upper 70's and a few upper 80's but mostly low to mid 80's. 81-86 area.
  9. Oh my, I screwed up big time. Yes...if anything the Palouse was the daddy (or mommy for Trix) of Pillow and Paw Paw.
  10. The 3 P's are a big reason for the summer activity in this here land....Pillow, Paw Paw, Pittsburgh.
  11. When the boomers start up again tomorrow (south and west at first) into the weekend we should certainly get it easily. 77 at 11AM.
  12. Have to breach before end of Met summer. I think we have it covered.
  13. We are still only at 72 here right now so not sure we make the big 9 today. MDT got to 88 yesterday so will be interesting to see if they make it.
  14. Is this a predict that the O's are going to get hot?
  15. Looking at models, you have today and probably tomorrow. Maybe Thursday as well. Afternoon convection seems to get more widespread as the week goes on to where it sort of rainy Friday afternoon. Wed seems more situated to affect Southern border counties of PA up to maybe Harrisburg.
  16. Very tropical storm looking last day of rain from Henri....largest LSV totals I saw were just over 1" in Palmyra and some similar totals in Lanco
  17. Unless it reforms a bit, the first line will pass by to my southwest. Adams county had their own blob heading toward it though.
