    12Z Op GFS has a system forming off the SE coast in the wake of the Wed Rain but the LW pattern gives it the scoot.

    Pleasant and 52 at noon. Central LSV sites seem a good 3-6 degrees higher today at 55-58.

    I think a lot of it is the psychological beating people take if they think they are going to win and do not.... many people turtle up and say bad things so if it turns out bad, it is easier to swallow. Not in your case though, you are more than fair on both sides of the pendulum.

    39 this Am. Covered the plants for nothing last night. Did get down to 33 earlier. Check out MDT. From 32 to 49 this AM. The HRRR has MDT as 37 right now.

    They will be ~ 9.44" behind as of Wed. Some areas of the Southern LSV are 16-17" behind.

    Chance some warmer spots hit or near 70 this week so you are still getting some stuff thrown your way considering it is the last 2-3 weeks of fall.

    Just looked at the month stats for MDT and despite the recent colder snap, they are still above normal for the month of November at + .5. The departure is getting chipped away slowly and models continue to suggest a good chance Nov ends up being below normal especially as we get into next week (some double-digit departure AN days may be coming this week.)

    The 6Z GFS has cool on Thanksgiving but no wound up system like yesterday at this time. Highs in the mid 40's.

    I would feel good about 2-8 UVA playing either of those teams today. How did that PSU team play so well against Maryland and then look like that? And Michigan , did they complete one pass in the second half?
