  1. Yea, every lawyer I have dealt with is 15 min even if just reading a 2-sentence email. My issue is I type a lot (a stunner!) so my retainers bled quickly.
  2. That is the funny part about your view and my view of Hanover. I was in Owings Mills last weekend and thought the traffic was better than Hanover. Yes, I made it out of Owings Mills safely. LOL. This post will only take you 1 min to read but I am sure you will bill for 15!
  3. Sorry, I was not debating your post. Just that we have a dry week ahead of us probably and I am not one to assume...but it does not look good for the next 6-7.
  4. Every Global Op is dry for the next 7 days as they have been for quite some time....hard to bet against it being dry for a while.
  5. I beat them a lot of nights except when there is a strong SW influence banking against the mountain or very calm nights mid-winter. It got to 39 in Southern Cumberland County last night (near Pine Grove Furnace.) When no SW influence, Pillow and I seem to be close a lot of nights. I think he said he was 41 or 42. #Mountainliving
  6. Let's not go overboard! Watering back on by tue! Still just 1.2" since Aug 9th. That is a LOT below normal. I could have skipped watering this AM though.
  7. It's a Rainer. Under modeled over here. Away from the house but seems over .3 now.
  8. It was the NWS IT staff running the campaign (for Thursday.)
  9. 62 and 2 hours of watering this Am in the books.
  10. It was a digital issue. I was in the climate section for the CTP area and changed the date below to 2024-09 and it brought up the details for grand rapids. Did not notice until after I had already posted it.
  11. MDT bagged 1/4" of rain yesterday? And it got to 86 there? Only got to 75 here. For the most part this week end warm up has not really been too warm. Only 66 here right now. (Just realized it says Grand Rapids but it is MDT's chart when I select MDT from the Past Weather section. Some 0's and 1's are messed up)
  12. Is this the topic to discuss the Great Fall 2024 drought?
  13. LOL, my posts frequently try to bring some humor to the game. Looks like no overseeding this year then. Cannot do it when it is dry.
  14. 12Z models are getting even drier for much of the rest of Sept first half.
  15. Yea, watering flowers and veggies every day here. I meant the grass. Sorry about the flowers. I remember a time when we could water once or twice a week max. Now it is a full-on chore.
  16. Central PA....the everlasting Summer and Fall drought destination.
  17. I am already back to watering. I can do it a little less now with the lower amounts of sun and better temps. Just twice a week.
  18. 48 this AM. Models not overly encouraging for rain this weekend. They do show some snow in southern Canada which is interesting for this time of the year.
