    Not that many ever are, but this is just not our year.

    The climo at my place is 4F cooler than Winchester general. It does make a big difference in the marginal events (which seem to be the only events we get anymore) and how long snowcover lasts. Compared to stephens city the last several years, I live in Vail.

    I think I've got 5.5" on the season. Which is 11X what stephens city has on the year. It's been horrible, but I managed a white Christmas out of it, so I'm good. I'm likely headed back into the desert of stephens city this summer. Pray for me.

    Yep. Not a big deal. The only concern is for crop trees.

    Lol. That map which shows Gainsboro, but not winchester. Literally, there are are elementary and middle school and a little gas station and market. Takes about 60 seconds to drive completely through it. Don't blink.

    Sleet has begun here. But we made it to 2". Nice surprise.

    Snowing nicely. Smaller flakes. Less than 1/4 mile vis. Very close to 1" now. Beautiful morning! Nope... just measured: 1.5" !!
