  1. The dearth of posts from PF were a clear indicator that this was not going to inch north.
  2. Congrats to all the SNE crew--especially y'all in the eastern MA. It's one for the ages there! I'm resigned to 10-14. Solid in any other storm except when the difference between 10" is a matter of just a few miles. I'm hanging my hopes on the 3k to do any better than the 10-14.
  3. What a gradient......I'm 50 yards above the line. Need a tush-push.
  4. 3k ftw. Perhaps it's a little slower, allowing the high to retreat a bit to let a little more moisture work it's way north.
  5. First of the 00z run is underway--HRRR is running. Last chance to see a move.
  6. Thanks for the thoughts on these, Ray. Good luck wiht that one.....gonna be some happy people in SNE!
  7. I am curious as to whether Monday provides a surprise. I guess we'll now in 48 hours.
  8. GYX coming in a little more realisticly......not sure if we'll hit it, but it's more in line with what one might expect.
  9. Yes on the above......what's frustrating is that while the qpf amoujnt has been increasing through SNE, it's been stubbornly steady....hardly moving at all one way or the other.
  10. Cool. Just a few more days of cold and Chris might be ready for long-sought pond skating.
  11. Things really don't want to beef up the qpf in Maine......we're just stuck. Oh well.
  12. GYX is like a 900 number. Mesoscale guidance is also beginning to show hints of a few mesoscale features as well including some possible ocean enhancement as well as perhaps an inverted trof. These features are notoriously difficult to forecast but broadly speaking, SE NH and perhaps portions of the SW ME coastline could be most likely to be these "hot spots."
