  1. Wound up with 3. So 7.5 for the weekend if I'm doing my math right. It was a lot easier to clear up here than in Mattapoisett!
  2. My brother sent out a screen shot of his to my family saying he's getting 19" of snow. They all got really excited.....I told them to cool their jets for about 5 days.
  3. I had to shovel PVD, Pit1, and Pit2 today. Kicking back now.
  4. Ill post it when i get there. Im hoping it inky accumulated in the grass.
  5. Managed another 1/2 or so on the street at the plow cleared a little over an hour ago. Coming down steadily----but I think the end is in sight. Heading to Pit1 shortly.
  6. Fatties that would make Pickles rich are coming down at a good clip.
  7. Now that it's brighter, it looks more like 5" on the deck here in PVD. I'll be heading to Mattapoisett soon......given the heavy bands we were under there from afternoon onward, one would think it would be a lot. I suspect the truth of what actually accumulated will be very different. 31*, -sn
  8. Congrats on the 4--sucks about the trees and power, though.
  9. Looks like a solid 4" on the deck here in PVD. Everything nicely plastered.
  10. Thanks for this, Ray. Very educational--good luck with the call. Actually, I hope your call of the first system likely to be suppressed is off and we get clobbered.
  11. Headed to bed. Enjoy the rest of it. I'll see what awaits me in Mattapoisett tomorrow........I have a feeling I'll be laughing how little stuck.
  12. Things turning just right for points east of Worcester, RI and SE Mass in the waning hours.
  13. Looks like the last of the heavy bands is heading through Ray's hood.
  14. That what I said. Since I had 0.0 in the first round, my math is easy.
  15. I don't really know I do like that they now have these "event total" ones so you don't start adding amounts to what's already come down.
  16. Forecasted event totals--so subtract whatever you might have received this morning to get your round two totals.
  17. AFD update from BOX .WHAT HAS CHANGED... Despite marginal boundary layer temperatures, bands of moderate to heavy snow have developed across much of SE Massachusetts and the Cape. Snowfall reports in these areas indicate that around 1-3 inches of snow has already fallen with an additional 2-4 inches possible. Heaviest snow will continue through 06z before gradually tapering tomorrow morning. As a result, have opted to adjust snow totals to 4-6" with localized amounts up to 7 inches possible.
  18. I think the overrunning could well be suppressed for those in CNE/NNE.
